I came back from Japan on saturday smiley (but already had to work on sunday smiley).
During my absence, some of my favorites applications saw a new version release, here they are:

MAME 0.124a
– Multiple Arcade Machine Emulator (http://www.mamedev.org/).

Nero Linux
– Optical Media Burning Sofware (http://www.nero.com/)

NPlayers 0.124 – Multiplayer Description File for MAME (http://nplayers.arcadebelgium.be/).
Ok, this one was updated upon my return of course.

OpenOffice.org 2.4 – Office Productivity Suite (http://www.openoffice.org/)

Pidgin 2.4.1 – Multi-protocol Instant Messaging Client (http://www.pidgin.im/).
On Ubuntu, do “sudo rm -r /usr/local/bin/pidgin” and “sudo rm /usr/lib/libpurple.so.0” prior installing new version to avoid the famous “symbol lookup error”.

SeaMonkey 1.1.9 – All-in-one Internet Application Suite (http://www.seamonkey-project.org/).
On Linux, remember to save both “/usr/local/seamonkey/plugins” and “/usr/local/seamonkey/searchplugins” (if you have custom search engines) folders prior launching new version’s installer because it wipes the whole seamonkey directory.

Winamp 5.531 – Media Player (http://www.winamp.com/).
